Richard worked with me and for me as part of a small team monitoring and co-ordinating the manufacturing and installation products highlighted by the OMAC (On line manufacturing and control) computer programme used by RAF Henlow.
The "action list" that was output weekly was very complex and involved much investigation and co-operation with several departments.
He was always tenacious, resourceful and meticulous in solving his particular issues, and would never give up until he had satisfied his own high standards.
Later, and as a friend, I came to respect and admire his honour and integrity, and have often privately thought that the world would be a much better place if there were more like him.
Rest well, Richard, you will be much missed.

We have lost such a good man in Richard. A loving husband, proud Dad and dependable friend. Supportive, thoughtful and kind, the world needs more Richards. Lots of happy times to remember - but gone too soon.
Sending our love to all the family xx
